Why don't I see my favorite store located anywhere in Digi-Mall ?

We make every effort to provide a wide variety of stores that will appeal to all different audiences.  We apologize if your favorite store isn't located within our mall. The mall is always changing to meet your needs and if you drop us a store request on our feedback page, we'll make every effort to form a business relationship with your favorite stores.

If I have a problem with an order from one of the stores in your mall, who do I contact ?

We're sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with one of Digi-Mall's independent retailers. Since Digi-Mall only provides referral service between the customer and the merchant, all issues must be directed to the merchant.  However, since our goal is to provide you with quality retailers, we welcome your complaints and comments on our feedback page so that we can provide you with a pleasant shopping experience in the future.  If you choose the option on our feedback page, your complaints will be forwarded to the retailer along with our reminder of Digi-Mall's expectations for remaining a retail merchant.

Is there a shortcut to find a particular product or store, other than clicking on elevator buttons until I find the right floor, or going down to the Guest Services desk on the 1st floor ?

Yes there is. Each floor has a link to our site search engine where you can search for whatever suits your fancy. Additionally, you can access our mall directory for a listing of all the independent retailers within Digi-Mall. If you still don't find what you're looking for, go to our feedback page and let us know what you were unable to find.

Do you ever have deals and specials in your mall and how do I find them ?

Yes we do. Floor 14 is dedicated to bargain hunters and will have links to current specials as well as stores that offer bargains continuously.  Additionally, we offer the convenience of informing you of new specials through our periodic newsletter, "The Digi-Mall Digest".  If you would like to be included on the mailing list, please use our feedback page to add your email address to our mailing list.

If stores are removed from your mall, will there be a posted notice so I know it was removed ?

Unfortunately no.  However, a full and up-to-date store list of current merchants can be viewed, or optionally, you can search for a particular store by name.  The links to these features can be found on every floor.

Why didn't the store I clicked come up, but the ones around it are fine ?

Since Digi-Mall only acts as a referral service between the customer and the merchant, we have no control over the availability of the merchant's site or servers. In all likelihood, the merchant's site is experiencing technical difficulties and should be restored in a short time.
